Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 75% of the service price.
• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show and subject to the 75% fee.
